Lovely new apartments designed to a very high spec. We stayed at 34 Simpson Loan which had a great location in the old town with free parking. Apartment was very comfortable and a great place to rest and recoup during the Fringe festival!
No major issues but a few homely touches like a bath mat, pictures/prints in the bedrooms and a full length mirror wouldn't go amiss (as well as soap for the bathrooms). But overall a fab stay!

we received a really lovely welcome from Mark, he showed us round the apartment and was very helpful allowing us a free late checkout the following day. The apartment was very spacious and so central, we could walk to the main high street in 2-3 minutes! We mainly booked because there was free parking and the apartments looked nice, but we were pleasantly surprised and will use the apartments again next year for sure!
could do with an extra hand towel but there wasn't anything we didn't like as such.

very convenient, aesthetically pleasing and well thought out. We were also given a much later check-out, compliments to the owner.
a lot of the roads in Edinburgh seem to be closed in the city centre this made it a pain to drive to the apartments, but it is obviously not a criticism of the hotel itself. I would suggest getting the train or a flight as driving seems to be more of a hindrance here on the whole.

We stay at the VIP Apartments for one night and were very pleased. The Penthouse apartment was very luxurious, better than a presedential suite we stay in before at another hotel. Very good customer service and happy about free wifi and parking included too.

Great location within walking distance of all main tourist attractions, restaurants and pubs.
Only one pillow each in both bedrooms.Towels were small and again only one per person, ladies definitely need spare one for hair. No hand towels either.

loved everything about it, made to feel so welcome nothing was too much trouble. The flat was enormous we got a great last minute rate and wished we were staying for more than one night! The manager had a very good nature and spent a lot of time helping us with further travel plans and even booked us further accommodation at our next destination. The apartment itself was extremely modern, clean and well kitted out. We even got free parking and after the nightmare journey we had it was so nice not to have to worry about it.. Cant' recommend highly enough thanks so much!

The central location of the apartment. The apartment was modern and clean.
47 Hill Street is an apartment on 3 levels - 43 stairs between kitchen and lounge. We knew this before booking, but it was a bit of a trial in reality. There was only one bin and that was in the kitchen. Could have done with a wastepaper basket at least on each floor. Could have done with more crockery so you didn't have to set the dishwasher after each meal. No scissors! DVD player didn't work. Should have been swapped when we complained.

nNo 47 hill street north apartment we stayed in had its own garage, it had 3 levels so good for young mobile people not elderly or disabled, the apartment was mostly clean.
First of all the owner said we had to book our parking and was on booking (it was not) so had to haggle to use the garage. otherwise these apartments have no parking,as all state do not park on every space and yellow lines, and traffic wardens are around every hour, and nearby streets cost you £3.00 for an hour with max of 4 hours, so location with car is not practical, the apartments was not VIP as there was swept rubbish under both double beds on both floors, crisp packets, biscuit packets, there was not enough utensils no scissors oven gloves etc.only one pillow provided for each guest,no bath mat, no toilet brush, and one dishwasher tablet for three days, we had better equipment in cheaper places, that was fully equipped and did not state vip, the kitchen tap was hanging off, do not book unless you are aware that this apartment has three floors kitchen downstairs. one bedroom and bathroom middle floor and one further bedroom bathroom and living room on top floor, there is no curtains in bedrooms just flimsy blinds that let the light in,so be prepared to wake up early, it cost us £215 per night, we feel he cuts corners to pay for his glamour rather than providing practical for guests, we will not book these again.

the apartment was well located within short walking distance to the centre of Edinburgh - although no private parking there was plenty of parking nearby - which is free at the weekend. it was really spacious and the furnishings were all like new and really clean. Would definitely love to go back and would recommend to friends

The location was perfect. Within 5 minutes walking to the main street. La ubicación es estupenda, porque está en una calle tranquila, pero a 5 minutos del centro andando. The apartment was big and the personal was amazing: We were shown the apartment, we were suggested restaurants to go, they even suggested to book a table for us, they answered the phone even on Sunday and they booked the airport transfer for us. El apartamento es espacioso y el personal que gestiona el apartamento fue estupendo: nos reservó un coche para que nos llevara y trajera del aeropuerto, nos enseñó el apartamento, nos recomendó restaurantes y hasta respondieron al teléfono el domingo.
Alhought they fixed the big bed when we complained about it, I think that it should be changed anyway. The apartament is for 4 people and there were 4 towels. I would suggest to leave some more to dry the face for example. And some more rolls of toilet paper would be great (there was one in each bathroom). Ok, it is an apartment, but we stayed there just for some days and we used it as a hotel, so... we had to go to the supermarket just to buy some rolls... Sería conveniente que cambiaran la cama grande porque se hunde.

Fantastic apartment in New Town with three stories, a great kitchen, and spacious TV room with a big TV! Marc was very helpful
The internet wasn't set up yet, so we had to use a cellular card that didn't work the best. Once this is fixed, the apartment will be practically perfect. Oh, and a kitchen towel and dish soap would be useful.
